If you're a designer or an Agency creating websites for clients, you'd know that one of the hardest parts of the job is getting feedback from clients.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve given a client a design, they’ve gone quiet for a few days, and then come back and said they love it!
It’s really frustrating, because I want to be able to iterate, and improve my designs based on feedback.
Luckily, I’ve found a really simple tool to make the entire feedback process a lot easier and frictionless for clients. It’s called Picter.
What is Picter?
Picter is a tool for teams to organize, review, approve, and share creative assets with team members and clients.
How to Make Clients give Feedback on a Design or Website with Picter
- First, you'll need to login or signup on their website at picter.com
- Once logged in, create a new PROJECT to get started.
- Upload your images, pdf, or videos for clients to comment on. Make sure to enable the Share Review Link which you can send to your clients.
- A client views the project and comments on your design.
- Your team gets notified for any comments on the design and you can easily assign the task to your team or yourself, or resolve client feedback that are resolved.
